TRIATHLEAN is a 6 week program designed to create athletes who are BUILT TO RACE. Each class with in a session is designed to build off previous workouts. The duration of the exercise and the complexity will increase as core strength and cardiovascular endurance increases. Exercises are designed using body weight and gear specifically for endurance runners and multi-sport athletes*.
*TRIATHLEAN supports the three disciplines of triathlon however there are no swim, bike or run specific workouts.

SUMMER SESSION #1: Every Tuesday & Thursday, May 30 - July 6, 2017; 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
SUMMER SESSION # 2: Every Tuesday & Thursday, July 18 - Aug 24, 2017; 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM
Fall Sessions - $140 per participant
Two(2) Instructors per class (one instructor for class)
50-55 min training sessions every week for 6 weeks
