TRIATHLEAN is a 6 week program designed to create athletes who are BUILT TO RACE. Each class with in a session is designed to build off previous workouts. The duration of the exercise and the complexity will increase as core strength and cardiovascular endurance increases. Exercises are designed using body weight and gear specifically for endurance runners and multi-sport athletes*. 

*TRIATHLEAN supports the three disciplines of triathlon however there are no swim, bike or run specific workouts.

WINTER SESSION # 2: Every Tuesday & Thursday, Feb 21, 2017 - Mar 30, 2017; 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

SPRING SESSION # 1: Every Tuesday & Thursday, April 11 - May 18, 2017; 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM

Class Fee:

Fall Sessions - $140 per participant 

Fee includes:

  • Two(2) Instructors per class (one instructor for summer sessions)

  • 50-55 min training sessions every week for 6 weeks 

  • TRIATHLEAN logo t-shirt

What to bring with you to class:

  • Towel

  • Bottle of water

  • Exercise clothing and shoes

  • A positive attitude
