Built To Race.

Multi-sport and endurance athletes dedicate large amounts of time to their sport. Athletes tend to develop muscular imbalances caused by over use of large muscle groups during swim, bike and run training.  By comparison, smaller stabilizing muscles such as abductors, core and the lower back become weak.

TRIATHLEAN will improve muscular imbalances, build strength, and create power. Our specific exercises target the upper, lower and core regions while challenging the cardiovascular system.  TRIATHLEAN uses body weight exercises such as burpees, push ups, planks, squats and bridges to improve core strength.

Strong stabilizing muscles will enable an athlete to create power in the swim. Improved strength will enable athletes to turn the pedal cranks with efficiency on the bike. Reduced muscular imbalances will aid in achieving proper run form and the ability to run efficiently.
